If D20 systems are your thing, this guy is doing some interesting stuff, and its all free! All of it seems like it would be pretty easy to drop into an existing Pathfinder or 3.x game. Check it out!

As a flegling amateur fantasy rpg designer, I'm always interested in what people are doing, especially with D20. While your action-point based combat system is too complex to use in my own system, I am contemplating how to use it to mix up combat in my 4e game. I'll definitely let you know how it goes!
